Costs and Rates

At SkyGuide International, we prioritize transparency in all our pricing. You are responsible for both your own travel expenses and those of your companion, including:

  • Mileage Allowance

  • Flight Tickets

  • Parking Fees

  • Hotel Costs

  • Public Transport Expenses

  • Airport Taxes and Related Expenses

Rates

Our rates are flexible and based on various factors like flight duration, waiting hours and overnight expense allowances.  

Due to the variety of factors that can influence the final cost, we will always provide a customized quote for you to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Travel Times and Conditions

  • Hotel Stays: For long-distance travel where return within 12 hours isn't possible, one or two hotel stays are required.
     

  • Flexible Return Options: We offer adaptable return options to cater to individual preferences.
     

  • Return of Companion to the Netherlands: In case of extended wait times, the companion may return to the Netherlands and later pick you up as needed.
     

  • Travel Class: Companions travel in the same class as you for a comfortable joint experience.
     

Commitment to Safety and Quality

At SkyGuide International, we adhere to the highest safety and quality standards in our services. To safeguard the well-being of both you and us, certain limitations apply to our offerings:

  • Travel to Conflict Zones and Negative Advisory Countries: For safety, we avoid planning trips to active conflict areas or countries with negative advisories.
     

  • Accompanying Persons with Severe Health or Psychological Issues: We do not guide individuals requiring specialized medical care.
     

  • Travel with Blacklisted Airlines: We prioritize safety and avoid airlines with known safety issues.
     

  • Check-in of Client's Luggage: We assist but do not check in client luggage under our name.
     

  • Privacy Considerations: Assistance extends to restrooms but no further.
     

  • Non-medical Training: Our team is not medically trained for specific health requirements.
     

  • Staying in Unsafe Environments: We avoid planning stays in unsafe areas.
     

  • Guiding Children Under 4 Years: Due to specialized care needs, we do not guide children under 4 years.
     

  • Sharing Hotel Rooms: We ensure privacy by avoiding shared hotel room arrangements.
